A 26 year old accused who allegedly caused the death of a woman from Brisbane Australia in a car crash over the weekend, was released on bail by the Nasinu Magistrates Court today.
Jasmine Hill was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving and failure to undergo breath analysis.
She has been released on $10,000 bail with surety and has been ordered to report to Samabula Police Station every Sunday.
Her driver’s license has been temporarily suspended.
The deceased’s vehicle collided with Hill’s car at Ratu Dovi Road junction, Laucala Beach.
The case was adjourned to June 25.
