Fiji Airways staff to receive airline profits
Goodbye Air Pacific, welcome Fiji Airways.
Air Pacific has officially return to its 1958 name of Fiji Airways as of today.
Fiji Airways brand was launched at the Sheraton Fiji Resort by Attorney General and Minister for Tourism Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum last night
Khaiyum praised the Fiji Airways team for handling the reform process and he confirmed that the staff of Fiji Airways will receive a share of the airline’s profits.
The transition of the airline continues until the end of November. The airline will introduce a range of products and services like new uniforms, new on board meals and increased flights between Fiji and some of its biggest tourism markets, today.
The new Fiji Airways uniforms which were designed by Fiji-based fashion designer Alexandra Poenaru-Philp, also features Makereta Matemosi’s Masi designs.
