Trio can play in both PNC, RWC 7s

Those players named in both the Moscow rugby world cup 7s and the Pacific Nations Cup squads will be allowed to play in both tournaments.

Vereniki Goneva, Watisoni Votu and Nikola Matawalu will be released for the team’s first two PNC matches against Japan and Canada before they rejoin the Moscow squad.
