Daring daylight robbery suspects remain in custody

Three people  arrested in relation to a daylight robbery at the Nand’s Mall car park in Nabua on Monday remain in police custody.

A salesman who was on his way to the Westpac bank Nabua branch was robbed off more than $49,000 cash and cheques worth $37,904.65.

According to police, the suspects threatened the salesman with a kitchen knife and later fled in a taxi which was found abandoned in Nabua.
