Delta Tigers, Suva register wins

A late goal by Iosefo Verevou handed Delta Tigers Rewa a 2 – 1 win over Labasa in the National Football League held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva this afternoon.The Babasiga Lions played without a coach in this match.

Valerio Nawatu scored 10 minutes into the first spell to put Rewa up by 1 – 0. But minutes later, Misaele Draunibaka leveled scores 1 – 1.

In another NFL match this afternoon, Suva smashed Savusavu 11 – 0.
