Flying start to Fiji’s PNC campaign
The Flying Fijians made a superb start to their PNC campaign today by smashing Japan 22 – 8 in their opening match at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
They also registered a bonus point win.
Fiji’s first try came in the first few seconds of the match through wing Sireli Bobo. Api Naikatini made the second try in the 49th minute.
Wing, Aisea Natoga registered Fiji’s third try which was setup by Nikola Matawalu.
Center, Nemani Nadolo added the final try in the dying stages of the match.
Fiji’s next match will be against Canada next Wednesday.
