Investment Fiji eyes $40m revenue from Vanua Levu investment
Investment Fiji is eying almost $40m in revenue from 8 foreign investors who have been registered to invest in Vanua Levu so far.
Investors are keen to invest in the agriculture, forestry, tourism, hotel and real estate sectors.
More investors are now showing interest in investing in Vanua Levu. Investment Fiji and the Commissioner Northern’s Office will go through the business plans and discuss the available land proposed for such developments by investors.
Investors are also liaising directly with villages and local communities however the authorities have requested villagers to inform them about such dealings before they approve of any developments in their area.
