O Nadi Ko! Jetsetters sink Ba

Host Nadi ended its long drought in the Fiji FACT this afternoon defeating Ba 3 – 1 in the final match at the same venue where they last won this title in 1996.

The Jetsetters last won a tournament in 2002 (IDC at Govind Park).Nadi’s hero Rusiate Matarerega scored twice in either half, while replacement player Malakai Rakula scored the third goal to hand the Jetsetters a well deserved victory.

Ba’s Avinesh Waran Swamy scored the lone goal for the men in black.
