Rugby sponsor may not renew contract

Fiji Rugby Union chair, Filimoni Waqabaca has revealed that Digicel may not renew its sponsorship with them once the current contract ends in December.The FRU is currently negotiating with potential sponsors for the Fiji 7s team.

Waqabaca has also admitted that although they have made a marginal profit, it could reduce later on. He added that plans to make FRU a profitable entity has been on going.
