Suspended doctors to learn their fate this week

Two doctors from the Lautoka Hospital who had been suspended following a patient’s death, will learn their fate this week.

An investigation into the death of a Noreen Sanjeshni Naidu, 25, has been completed.

Naidu died at the Lautoka hospital in April this year following a surgery. The doctors were suspended based on the seriousness of the case and that it was avoidable..

Naidu’s family had earlier confirmed that they will take be taking legal action.
