Suva 4 receive suspended sentences

Suva soccer skipper, Leone Damudamu, Semi Rokoqica, Ravinesh Karan Singh and Netava Ratubuli have been handed suspended ban sentences for their roles in the June 22 2013 Fiji FACT indiscipline incident.

Rokoqica was given a 5 year suspended sentence and fined $5,000, Singh and Damu were handed three years suspended sentence and a $3,000 fine while Ratubuli was given a 3 year suspended sentence plus a $2,000 fine.Samuela Vula has been banned from playing soccer for 5 years at all levels and also fined $5,000 for indiscipline during the 2013 Fiji FACT.

Vula was found guilty of breaking camp on June 22 and verbally abusing the management and executives of Suva FA, plus damaging property at the team’s base camp in Nadi.
