Uni qualifications accredition committee announced

The Ministry of Education has established a committee for the ‘accreditation of university qualifications, to monitor the financial aid access and student achievements in the Fiji’.

According to the committee chair, Dr John Harré ‘the accredited schools can guarantee adequate qualified faculty, solid student achievement rates and equal funding from the government’.

 The committee will begin operating in 2014.
